70M dragging pain and swelling in right leg

Patient developed pain a/o swelling in right leg (on twisting his leg and falling down) which is insidious in onset.Pain is continuous, progressive.Restricted movement of legs.He also has pain in right hypochondrium.
Past history : known case of HTN is metalol medication
No h/o DM
No h/o Asthma
Past surgical history: endoscopic gall bladder stenting
Personal history : Appetite normal, mixed diet, sleep adequate, bowel, bladder movements are difficult
General examination : patient is examination in well ventilated room
Patient is conscious, coherent, Moderately build, nourished
Have pitting edema
No pallor
No icterus
No cyanosis
No clubbing
No lymphadenopathy
