29F pain in bilateral hypochondrium and chest from 5 days
Patient developed fever followed by pain in bilateral hypochondrium and chest 5 days ago,which is insidious in onset.Continuous, radiating type of pain.No tenderness seen.
Aggrevated on lying down, on cough.a/w cold.
Past history : H/o giddiness, headache
Past surgical history : tubal (ectopic)pregnancy surgery
Personal history : mixed appetite, appetite sufficient, sleep adequate , bowel bladder movements are normal
Obs H/o : G2P2L2A1, c-section
General examination : Moderately build, conscious,coherent,no pallor ,no icterus, no clubbing,no cyanosis, no edema, no lymphadenopathy
